Online Shopping
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations, and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures, or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
We will not be liable for any reason if the Simplicity website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of or the entire Simplicity website.
Order Process
All orders placed on the Simplicity website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
The product you ordered is out of stock;
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
We have identified a pricing or product description error;
There is a system or procurement failure; and
Failed customer validation checks.
When you place an order on our website we will email you an acknowledgment detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Simplicity.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Simplicity will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will email you when your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.
Delivery
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 am-6 pm. Orders submitted on Bank Holidays are processed for dispatch the next working day. All deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland can be tracked once an email address and daytime contact number are provided. To track all other deliveries, please contact sales@simplicity.ie
Our Delivery partner is DPD Courier Services. This service requires a signature upon delivery of your purchase to the delivery address provided. If you are not available at the time of delivery DPD will make a 2nd and 3rd attempt after which time the parcel will be returned to Simplicity. DPD will provide follow-up information for any redelivery. In order to avoid disappointment and any delay in receiving your Simplicity purchase always provide a daytime contact number.
Delivery Charges
We offer customers from the Republic of Ireland a €7 Standard Delivery* on all orders. Products must be ordered before 12 noon Monday to Thursday for a three working day delivery.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect purchases in-store. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the postman! You can choose to collect your order at our Kenmare or Killarney stores.
Your order will usually be ready for collection within 48 hours of your transaction. We will send you an email to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
You have 7 days to collect your order after you’ve been notified. Need a bit more time? Simply call Simplicity or contact

We need to check you are who you say you are! So bring along your collection email (on paper or on your Smartphone) and either your passport Public Service Card or your driving license These are the only forms of ID that will be accepted. Regrettably, we cannot accept student cards, business cards etc.
If you want to check that the size fits before you leave. You can try on your purchase in our fitting rooms. A member of the team will be available to give you a hand should you require assistance or just an honest opinion. We are always here to help!
Please also note that any additional items purchased in-store, or any items that have been exchanged for in-store will then fall under Simplicity’s returns policy which states that we will happily exchange any unsuitable items within 7 days or offer a gift card to the same value. Unfortunately, in this case, we will not offer a refund on the order.
Gift Vouchers
Valid Simplicity gift vouchers may only be used as full or part payment for goods in Simplicity.
Simplicity reserves the right to decline any gift voucher which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.
The gift voucher is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Once a Gift Voucher is issued the name cannot be changed or transferred to another person.
Any residual balance on the gift voucher following the purchase of goods will remain on the gift voucher while the gift voucher is valid, to apply towards future purchases.
Simplicity excludes all liability for lost stolen and damaged gift vouchers.
