Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your Simplicity purchase but in the unlikely event that you are not items can be returned by post or courier to Simplicity, 27 Henry Street, Kenmare, Co. Kerry, 93XD32 Ireland, or in-store. Please note you must notify us by email to sales@simplicity.ie  the items must be returned within 7 days and in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached. 

We accept return by post or by courier service, but it is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged item(s) through the post or any return service. We advise that you retain this proof of purchase until you have received your refund.

A refund will be issued once we are satisfied that the goods have been returned in their original condition and within the 7-day timeframe.

You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed. Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days from the date of posting, depending on your bank.

You can also return products in-store along with the order confirmation email and dispatch invoice. Please note items must be returned within 7 day of receipt of goods and items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging with all garment tags still attached.

Order Cancellation

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed and it has not been dispatched, please contact our Simplicity Customer Service team at sales@simplicity.ie

It is our policy to try to process orders immediately; however, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. After dispatch, our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products as set out in our Returns Policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or eGift Cards and or vouchers

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Vouchers Refunds

The Simplicity Gift Voucher Card is not a credit card, charge card, or cheque guarantee card.

Valid Simplicity gift vouchers may only be used as full or part payment for goods in Simplicity.

Simplicity reserves the right to decline any gift voucher which has not been validly activated according to our procedures.

The gift voucher is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Once a Gift Voucher is issued the name cannot be changed or transferred to another person.

Any residual balance on the gift voucher following the purchase of goods will remain on the gift voucher while the gift voucher is valid, to apply towards future purchases.

Simplicity excludes all liability for lost stolen and damaged gift vouchers.

Simplicity reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
